Placing An Order

Ordering from our website is the preferred method. However, if you are having any difficulty or would like to purchase using an alternate method please email or call.

Payment

Payment shall be in U.S. legal tender only. USPS Money Orders only. Credit cards accepted online or phone orders.

A $25.00 service charge will be charged on all returned checks and all fees incurred in collecting a past due account will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped via USPS. The standard shipping charges are based on order dollar amounts starting at $8.00. Shipping charges will be shown in Shopping Cart.

Returns

If you wish to return an unused item, it must be done within 10 days of receiving it. For all returns prior authorization must approved. All returns will be inspected before a refund will be issued.

Repairs

Items may be sent in for repair. Items must be returned clean. If items are returned soiled, we will launder them and you will be billed $25.00 per item that needs cleaning. We reserve the right to deny repair due to items that are so badly soiled that they will not come clean. This is due to the damage that it will cause our machines.
